Hand-painted sculpted resin statue featuring Maleficent, inspired by her appearance in Walt Disneys Sleeping Beauty animated film (1959), and included as part of a group of Disney Villains with Cruella De Vil (101 Dalmations), Captain Hook (Peter Pan), Scar (The Lion King), Ursula (The Little Mermaid), Old Hag (Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs) and Jafar (Aladdin) all standing within Maleficents flowing robes and encircling a bubbling cauldron from which emerges Chernabog (Fantasia) who is contained inside a glass snow globe with iridescent glitter and black birds confetti that swirl when the snow globe is shaken. Each of the Villains is accented with a mix of both inset clear glass and green painted bubbles while two of Maleficents Goons stand hidden behind her, holding weapons with an impaled skull. Special accents are fabricated of painted metal including Maleficents staff, Jafars staff, Cruella De Vils cigarette, and the Goons weapons. A music box plays Grim Grinning Ghosts and is activated with a wind-up key that is located on the side of the base. Measures 9 3/4" length x 9" wide x 9 tall.
