There is clear liquid around the top and as it moves it resembles water flowing. It lights up as you can see in the photos using two AA batteries. It winds up and plays "Part of your world". It is in excellent shape, no chips, cracks or weathered paint. It is around 7.5 inches tall and 8 inches wide. It would be an amazing addition to a Disney Collection.
