Authentic from Disney Store Japan, It's New, but the box is slightly damaged, a bit teared - see photos for the damaged box. 15x14.5x11.5cm (approx 6"x5.9"x4.53). Condition: New in original styrofoam and box. Box is slightly teared (damaged) - see photos. Please note that the disney box was already teared / damaged when I received it from Disney Store Japan, Snow globe itself is new in great condition.

Never used/displayed, unpacked once to inspect the globe and take pictures. Size: approx 21x19.5x16.5cm (approx 8.27"x7.67"x6.49). Total weight including box: approx 872g. Please note that air bubbles are a natural occurrence in water and are not considered a defect in workmanship.

(Air bubbles happen, they can't be prevented even new item). Please note that Disney snow globes are not guaranteed to be free of air bubbles. During production, small air bubbles may cling to the inside of the glass and the character insert when water is introduced and the globe is sealed. While such irregularities can sometimes be eliminated through a change in design or manufacturing, Disney's efforts to eliminate air bubbles through various methods have so far been unsuccessful.

When caring for your globes always remember to dust them often. If you make it a plan to dust your globes when you vacuum, it will need less detailed care in the future.

An accumulation of dust will cause your globe to look old and discolored, if this happens clean your globes and the base with a mild, no abrasive cleaner. A window cleaner can also be used to clean the glass globe of your water globe.

Keep it out of direct sunlight. Extreme temperatures can cause air bubbles. Extreme cold can cause a temporary leak as the piece defrosts and extreme heat can induce evaporation. To avoid this problem after receiving your globe try to store it at room temperature.

I pack the item carefully. Then please go to post office to collect your package as soon as possible.
