Disney Splash Mountain Snow Globe. Please note this snow globe is only 3 inches tall see second picture for scale. Very rare splash mountain snow globe.

Music did work but then the batteries died so I took them out to replace them and in the process I managed to disconnect that yellow wire shown in the last two pics. I believe this can be fixed but I do not have the proper tools.
