Puppies are supposed to move around the base but it doesnt wind, they can be pushed. Height measures 7.5 Inch. Unfortunately there is some damage, there is a crack on the back of one of the roofs, the puppies are missing 3 Ears and a tail (the puppies can be moved under the bridge so it is not noticeable) and the winder mechanism no longer works so when you turn it it springs back very fast.
