Very Rare Disney Aladdin and Jasmine Pedistal Musical Snowglobe #99070

Very rare Disney Aladdin and Jasmine dancing pedestal musical snow globe #99070. It is 11 3/4" high and 6" in diameter. The resin sculpture has no damage or repairs. It plays " A whole new world". The music box works fine but the building does not light up. Please note the bottom picture which shows one missing screw.

I tried to remove the two other screws to check the light but couldn't remove them. I think the part they screw into is stripped as they just turn without coming out. Might be a burned out bulb but I have no idea. I'll be happy to answer any questions.
