One of the characters has broke off, and two leaves of the plant next to him. I still have all the pieces if you want to repair it. Its in the back, so a repair won't be very noticeable. I don't have the original box. There is also a weird sticky glittery glob in the water, possibly the snow and the glitter stuck together.
