Disney Mary Poppins Feed The Birds Commemorative Snow Globe of St. Premiere Date August 27, 1964. By Richard M and Robert B Sherman.
This is one of the rarest snowglobes in Disney history, often considered a holy grail among collectors; it is the Mary Poppins Commemorative Snowglobe featuring St. This snow globe is in very good condition (please see pictures). The snow globe stands on the mahogany base and is approximately 7" in height and 4" in diameter. It weighs 1 lb 14 ounces without the mahogany stand and 3 lbs with it.
When you shake the globe, white "birds" flock around the cathedral. The music box is in working order and plays "Feed the Birds" when activated. For any collector, especially the Disney Collector, this is a must have rare collectible. As any collector knows, a rare collectible such as this should only continue to increase in value over the coming years.
