Disney Alice in Wonderland Drink Me Snow Globe All in the Golden blue water

Pre owned Alice in Wonderland Snow Globe Collectors item. Wind up Music works great to the tune of "All in a Golden Afternoon" Water is still blue with some oil bubbles.

One stray hair or fiber trapped in globe. I have no idea how that got there (see last picture). I can only think it was a manufacturing flaw since it appears handpainted.
